About Amy Harrill
Amy said, "I worked my business the way I was taught to work my job, and I lost everything."

Her agile expertise comes from personal failure and success.

When Amy Harrill started her first business, a franchise, she quickly concluded that everyone else knew more than her about marketing, sales, and business.  So, Amy abandoned her knowledge of algorithms, measurements, and proven principles and started relying on hiring more people, outsourcing more marketing projects, and creating more products to offer. Three years later, Amy's business no longer existed.

That's when Amy built her agile business system and named it Ascend. Amy's business drastically changed by combining valuable principles with technology and critical indicators. It went from 2K per month to 30K per month. No longer was she relying on age-old marketing tactics or entangled in the day-to-day nonsense of her business.

Her expertise and system were tested when her youngest daughter was born with an incomplete heart. The news was devastating, and the journey was long. It was eighteen months of surgeries, feeding tubes, and around-the-clock care. Amy's system continued to deliver predictable profits, and she had the time to dedicate her full attention to her daughters' care and the care of her other child and maintain her love affair with her husband.

Amy believes it's unacceptable to scale without deliberately targeting and measuring technology.

So, she helps leaders make measured decisions based on the most valuable priorities in any business. The two are simple: always acquire your most valuable clientele and help that clientele get what they want most.
